The Chincholi factory is the backbone of RDL, spread over 1,10,000 sq. ft. and equipped with five high-performance injection moulding machines — two of 400 tons and three of 280 tons. The plant features 10 modern spray paint booths with a large oven system for perfect finishing, shine, and durability. Every component undergoes cutting, sanding, and quality inspection handled by a trained team to maintain OEM-grade standards. With a production capacity of over 2,10,000 parts per month, this facility powers the reliability and consistency that define RDL Genuine Parts.
Our 25,000 sq. ft. Akulgeon unit supports RDL's in-house packaging needs with complete control over quality and branding. It manufactures custom 5-ply corrugated boxes and LD bags, liners, and shrink films, used for all internal packing operations. The facility houses extrusion, sealing, corrugation, stitching, and counting machines, ensuring durability and precision in every package. By producing all packing materials internally, RDL maintains consistent standards and efficient cost control across every shipment.
Strategically located on the Solapur–Pune Highway, our 12,000 sq. ft. Tembhurni unit plays a key role in ensuring uninterrupted material flow. It stores essential raw materials like ABS granules, masterbatches, and box materials, positioned perfectly for quick supply to all other plants. Its highway connectivity allows fast inbound movement from suppliers and urgent outward dispatches for small or emergency customer orders. This strategic setup gives RDL a strong logistics advantage — faster turnaround, reduced downtime, and smoother operations.
Our 40,000 sq. ft. Kurduwadi APMC facility serves as the main stock hub, dispatch center, and head office for RDL operations. The layout includes zones for stocking, billing, dispatch, office work, and meetings, allowing every department to work in sync. The logistics division runs a self-owned fleet — six Eicher trucks (16–18 ft), one 34 ft container, four pickups, and three electric Tata Ace vehicles — enabling daily dispatches across multiple states. This centralized hub ensures that every RDL part reaches customers on time, safely, and with the same quality it left our factory.
